Panorama is an unfortunately over-used word. As far as I am concerned a panorama is an unusually wide picture that shows at least as much width-ways as the eye is capable of seeing, if not a greater left-to-right field of view than we can ever see (e.g. it shows 'behind you' as well as 'in front of you'). Therefore, the reason I like Panorama is because it allows one to see more perspective either horizontally or vertically, to immitate wide angle lens, creating the distortion as like a "fish eye lens". Every single panorama is composed with more than 2 or 3 pictures and "stitching" refers to the technique of using a computer to merge images together to create a large image, preferably without it being at all noticeable that the generated image has been created by a computer. In this site, you can see all my panoramic photos that I've captureded with my 35mm compact camera- Canon IXUS 800 IS, a small machine which tag along with me all the time, whenever I go- helping to record every meaningful moments of mine. In fact, this small mchine records my experience, courage, knowledge and most importantly, it write my diaries. In the following albums, you can see the collections of my panorama shots- ranging from my hometown to my study life in UK and also the Europe Trip; which I created by using Panorama Maker (DA Soft) and PhotoStitch (Canon). Hope you all enjoy it. More upcoming... Welcome the new era- DSLR. I'm finally taking that step and buying my very first DSLR camera. It is ‘bokehlicious’. Hehe. It has taken a long time but after working I think I'm ready to make the biggest purchase so far of my life. Since this won't be the cheapest thing ever, I want to make sure shooting that is everything I need and everything I'm looking for. Thats where YOU come in. I'm SO excited you guys! =) Here in this site, I'll continue uploading for my love of photography , not just the panorama, but new photos taken by the new machine alongside with the panorama photos too. So, I’ll remain active and focus in this account, instead of two. In case, any of you guys ever wondered why would I ever give up taking panorama photos?
